About this workshop

Game On gives ADIs a completely different way of teaching that removes fear and pressure from the learning process, and brings the joy and the love of the job back into their lessons.

A Different Way of Teaching

Instead of fault finding and instructor-led telling, Game On gives instructors a set of games that help learners rehearse pressure situations safely, demystify the fear of things going wrong, isolate one skill at a time without overwhelming the learner, teach manoeuvres with no instruction at all, and slow right down with anxious learners or those for whom English is an additional language.

Games With a Purpose

These are not simply fun activities. Underneath the games sits real coaching and performance thinking, so instructors are working with proven psychology, not just guessing what might help.

What You Take Back to the Car

The underlying thing instructors walk away with is a genuine methodology for turning fear, faults, and overload into learning that actually sticks, plus the joy and love of the job, rewarding both them and their learners.

What's Included

Two 2-hour sessions, typically around one week apart, giving you time between sessions to practise and apply the games.
