Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase and for supporting my small business! I really hope you are happy with it, however if you are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return it within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund only.

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return your item, please email me at info@fionadrive.com to start the process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number:

1. Place the item back into it’s original packaging.
2. Include a slip within the packaging with the RMA number.
3. Mail your return back to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Postage and packaging costs, and delivery charges

For defective or damaged products, please contact me at info@fionadrive.com to arrange a refund or exchange. Please ensure you provide details and photos of any damage. 

Please Note

• A restocking fee will be charged for all returns
• Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned. 
• All returns must be unused, in full working order and in a resalable condition. All items must be present.
• Buyer pays return postage and accepts handling fee on £20, which will be deducted from your refund.
